All consultations and packages include a written Care Plan for the issues discussed in that visit. As well as continued text, email, and phone support of that Care Plan. I will keep working with you to make sure you understand what the recommendation are and how to achieve them. If a new issue or question arises another follow-up visit will need to be scheduled.
Included Service Area
I am currently unable to accept insurance, but you may be eligible to submit claims for HSA or FSA reimbursement.
Payments can be made at the time of the appointment through cash, check, PayPal, or Venmo.
